The third international break was more benign to Serie A sides than the previous ones, as Napoli star Frank Anguissa was the only one who suffered a serious injury. A few players previously on the shelf have recovered, but not all of them.

Denzel Dumfries picked up an ankle sprain with the Netherlands and is poised to miss the Derby, Sky reports. Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Matteo Darmian will remain sidelined due to muscular problems. Milan will recover Adrien Rabiot after a month, but probably not Santiago Gimenez.

Juventus have lost Daniele Rugani for three to four weeks due to a calf strain, but Lloyd Kelly and Juan Cabal are back available. Gleison Bremer is targeting early December…
