Harry Kane credits Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany for elevating his game

Bayern Munich is in top shape and in top form in the 2025/26 season so far, registering only wins and regularly chomps on opposition defences for tea. Harry Kane is the main man for the Bavarians and points to gaffer Vincent Kompany for bringing the team together and getting them to play at their best.

“I think he has (unlocked a different level in me,” Kane told Daily Mail Sport (via @iMiaSanMia). “He is a fantastic coach, not just tactically but also as a person. We’re very similar in our mindset when it comes to working as a team. Full credit to him because from the moment he came in, there were question marks about what he would bring and he’s been absolutely fantastic.”
