‘A strong football IQ’ – Christophe Dugarry impressed by Igor Paixão’s progression at Marseille

Speaking on air during RMC Sport’s Rothen s’enflamme, 1998 World Cup winner Christophe Dugarry hailed the recent form and attitude of Igor Paixão (25), describing the Brazilian forward as a player with both “a strong football IQ and an irreproachable mentality.”

“I’m pleasantly surprised by his attitude,” said Dugarry. “He’s very committed, very determined. Everything he does, he does at 150%. To be accepted at OM, that’s essential.”
