Lennart Karl is a left-footed, right-sided player who loves to dribble, maneuver in tight spaces and has a great eye for a pass. It really should not come as a surprise who his childhood idol is. “Since my childhood, [Inter Miami footballer] Lionel Messi has definitely been my idol,” the Bayern Munich youngster admitted in a recent interview with the DFB, as captured by @iMiaSanMia, when asked if he had played against his idol yet. “Unfortunately, I haven’t played against him yet [laughs].”
