Leicester City goalkeeper Jakub Stolarczyk accepts the Foxes have to take fan unrest “on the chin” while they are underperforming so badly.
The team were given a hot reception by their own supporters after Saturday’s 2-0 home loss to Blackburn Rovers with choruses of “You’re not fit to wear the shirt” ringing around the King Power Stadium after Leicester’s third defeat in a row.
Following their relegation from the Premier League last season, they prepare to host Middlesbrough on Tuesday night in 14th place in the Championship table.
In the circumstances, Stolarczyk feels the fan reaction is understandable.
