Chelsea centre-back Axel Disasi (27) is set to leave the Blues during the winter transfer window, as revealed by Foot Mercato. The France international has been frozen out by Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca. Disasi is yet to play a single game with Chelsea’s senior team.
