The contract situation of Bayern Munich’s center-back Dayot Upamecano has caused some unrest in the past few weeks in higher-ups and fans alike. The defender’s contract ends in 2026 which would give him the right to sign with another team in January, and the negotiation talks with Bayern Munich had reportedly stalled in recent weeks.
