La Liga giants Barcelona could well be primed to lock horns with German champions Bayern Munich on the transfer front over the weeks ahead.
This comes amid confirmation of both clubs expressing a keen interest in the signing of Bayer Leverkusen star Alejandro Grimaldo.
The info comes courtesy of market insider Matteo Moretto (via Marca), who has revealed that Bayern, for one, ‘are sounding out’ a deal for the Spanish international.
Grimaldo himself, however, would prioritise a return to his home country over a move elsewhere.
