Bayern Munich head coach Vincent Kompany is having quite a week.
With a new contract extension in his back pocket, the Belgian boss is now being showered with compliments from, well, everyone…including Club Brugge.
When told that officials from Club Brugge said that Bayern Munich will be the team’s most difficult UCL League Phase opponent, Kompany said he was not about to be sweet-talked.
“Well, I hope they’re right (laughs). But I’m realistic enough to know that nothing is decided beforehand. Brugge can hurt us too. We certainly won’t underestimate them,” Kompany told HLN (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
