Bournemouth’s Adrien Truffert: ‘I couldn’t be in a better place.’

Adrien Truffert (23) has enjoyed a good start to life at the Vitality Stadium. Having made the move from formative club Stade Rennais to Bournemouth at the start of the summer, he has quickly established himself as the starting left-back. 

Speaking in an interview with L’Équipe, the Frenchman revealed that the Cherries’ interest dates back to the previous January, and it afforded him the time to weigh up the move and then to plan ahead of time. “I had quite a few English classes…
