Joshua Kimmich lauds Bayern Munich win over Dortmund despite dip in second half

Bayern Munich made it 11 wins from as many matches with their 2-1 win over Borussia Dortmund at the Allianz Arena thanks to goals from Harry Kane and Michael Olise. Julian Brandt’s goal in the 84th minute shortly after being introduced into the match by Niko Kovac proved to be nothing more than a consolation as Vincent Kompany’s side did enough to prevent Dortmund from clawing back a second.

Bayern were far better in the first half compared to the second half, but still did enough to get over the line in the end.
