Lennart Karl has had quite the week. He started the scoring for Bayern on Wednesday in his first Champions League start with a shot from outside the box against Club Brugge. Saturday, he capped off Bayern’s scoring in domestic competition with another shot from outside the box and make it 3-0. After the match Joshua Kimmich — who wore the captain’s armband in Saturday’s match at Mönchengladbach — was asked about the season that Karl has had and his future with Germany’s senior national team.
