Bavarian Football Works
Bayern Munich managed to escape Parc des Princes in France with a 2-1 win over Paris Saint-Germain, keeping Die Roten’s winning streak alive and extending it to 16 wins in the process. Luis Díaz scored both of Bayern’s goals, but was controversially sent off deep in the last minutes of the first half. PSG would get one goal back, but the Rekordmeister defended like their lives depended on it and eventually grinded out the win.
PSG was deadly for the most part of the match, but they couldn’t really offer up anything against a resolute Bayern side. When João Neves came on, he at least got the hosts a goal and was a visible upgrade on Fabián Ruiz.
