Wolfsburg consider sacking front office duo if Bundesliga woes continue

As crisis-stricken VfL Wolfsburg get set to kick off the final Bundesliga matchday before the international break, it looks to be the case that no members of the club’s front office are safe from the sack. 

The fact that embattled VfL Wolfsburg head coach Paul Simonis enjoys the backing of club sporting director Sebastian Schindzielorz may be of zero relevance. The Bundesliga club’s supervisory board met on Monday evening to discuss the future direction of the German Wolves. Neither Schindzielorz nor Wolfsburg managing director Peter Christiansen are safe from the sack at this point.
