Djed Spence completes permanent move to Inter Milan from Tottenham

Djed Spence has completed a permanent move to Inter Milan from Tottenham Hotspur, becoming the Nerazzurri’s latest arrival of the summer window.

The Italian champions confirmed the deal on their official website, with the England full-back joining for a fee of €30m plus €5m in add-ons. Spurs have negotiated a 10% sell-on clause, giving them a share of any future sale.

Spence, 26, has put pen to paper on a long-term contract running until 30 June 2031, and will earn an annual salary of €3m plus bonuses.

An Inter statement read: “The English full-back, born in 2000, joins the Nerazzurri on a permanent deal from Tottenham Hotspur, having signed a contract with the club until June 30, 2031.”

The move brings the curtain down on Spence’s spell at Tottenham, where he made 85 appearances and won the Europa League, as he now looks to establish himself in Serie A with the reigning champions.
