Following a tight, goalless first half, Alphadjo Cissé broke the deadlock in the 64th minute with a clever finish to cap off an impressive individual performance.
Adrien Rabiot then doubled the visitors’ advantage just two minutes later, striking quickly to leave the home side reeling.
Despite registering 19 attempts on goal, Torino lacked precision in the final third for much of the evening as Milan’s quality in transition proved the difference.
Che Adams finally pulled a goal back for Torino three minutes into stoppage time, but it proved too little too late as Milan held on to claim all three points.
