Liverpool target Juventus winger Francisco Conceição
Liverpool have opened talks over a potential summer move for Juventus winger Francisco Conceição as they consider alternatives to Paris Saint-Germain’s Bradley Barcola.
According to Football Italia, the Reds have made contact with the 23-year-old’s representatives to gauge his interest in a move to the Premier League.
Liverpool are actively looking to reinforce their attack following the departure of Mohamed Salah. While Barcola remains their top priority, PSG’s valuation of 170m euros has forced the club to explore more cost-effective options.
Juventus are reluctant to lose Conceição easily, having only recently finalized his permanent transfer from Porto in a deal worth 32m euros.
However, should the Italian side agree to negotiate, they are expected to demand a fee of at least 50m euros to part ways with the Portuguese international—a figure significantly lower than the outlay required for Barcola.
Conceição impressed during his first full campaign in Turin, contributing six goals and five assists in 45 appearances across all competitions.
