Rayane Belaid Completes Permanent Move to Rayo Vallecano from Atletico Madrid

Rayo Vallecano have completed the signing of Rayane Belaid from Atlético Madrid on a permanent deal.

The 21-year-old midfielder has agreed a five-year contract with the club, running until the summer of 2031.

Born in Orihuela, Spain, and of Algerian descent, Belaid progressed through Atlético Madrid’s youth academy before earning promotion to Atlético Madrid B.

He helped Spain win the UEFA European Under-19 Championship in 2024 before representing the Under-20 side at the FIFA U-20 World Cup. After making his LaLiga debut for Atlético in April 2026, he now embarks on a new chapter at Vallecas.
