Aston Villa Sign England Defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis From Southampton

Aston Villa have completed the signing of England international Taylor Harwood-Bellis from Southampton on a permanent deal.

The defender came through Manchester City’s academy before loan spells at Blackburn and Anderlecht, and helped Burnley win the Championship title in 2023.

The following season, the 24-year-old played his part in Southampton’s promotion to the Premier League before making his move to the club permanent.

Harwood-Bellis has won the European Under-21 Championship with England and made his senior debut in 2024, scoring on his first appearance against the Republic of Ireland.
