Arsenal agree £75m Guimarães deal
Arsenal have reached a verbal agreement with Newcastle United to sign midfielder Bruno Guimarães in a deal worth more than £75m.
According to reporter Alex Crook, the transfer is now pending final paperwork and official procedures between all parties.
The Brazilian international has already agreed personal terms with the Gunners and is set to sign a contract running until 2031.
Guimarães has established himself as one of the Premier League’s elite midfielders since moving to Tyneside, attracting significant interest from several top European clubs before Arsenal moved to secure his signature.
