Newcastle close on €50m deal for Hoffenheim winger Toure

Newcastle have agreed a €50m deal to sign Ivorian winger Bazoumana Toure from Hoffenheim, according to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The Magpies launched a formal bid on 1 July, with the 20-year-old expected to sign a long-term contract at St James’ Park later this week.
Toure only joined the Bundesliga side last summer but quickly established himself as a key figure, scoring five goals and providing 15 assists in 45 appearances from the left wing.
The winger, valued at €40m by Transfermarkt, is set to join up with his new club following the conclusion of his World Cup campaign with the Ivory Coast.
