Cristiano Ronaldo marries long-term partner Georgina Rodriguez in Portugal

Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo has married his long-term partner Georgina Rodriguez in a private civil ceremony in Cascais.
The Al Nassr forward announced the news on social media on Tuesday, sharing a picture on Instagram of the couple wearing wedding rings alongside the caption “CG”.
According to a press release, the ceremony took place in an intimate setting alongside their five children, away from the media spotlight.
The wedding comes roughly a year after the couple announced their engagement in August 2025, when Rodriguez shared a photograph of a diamond ring on social media.
The pair have been together since 2017, having first met while Rodriguez was working at a Gucci store.
They share five children: Ronaldo’s eldest son Cristiano Junior, twins Eva Maria and Mateo, and daughters Alana and Bella.
Ronaldo has previously spoken about the early days of their relationship, admitting he did not initially expect their bond to grow so strong before realizing she was the woman he wanted to spend his life with.
The ceremony marks one of the most significant personal milestones for the Portugal national team captain as the couple formalize their long-running relationship.
